Excellent experience, staff were amazing. I was lucky and had 3 different trainers in 3 days of training. They were all at a very high standard and very helpful, their knowledge was at a high level.  I would recommend.

Having just passed by C+E test first time. I cannot recommend A1 enough. All the instructors are so helpful, patient and supportive. I have the pleasure of being trained by Andy, Adam & Bob, they were all fantastic!  If you are looking for a place to take a driving test look no further!

Amazing staff, instructors all know what they are doing, having a lot of experience and knowledge between them. Very kind and supportive environment with no feeling of being forced or pressured into anything you feel uncomfortable about. Always happy to work around you both for timings of lessons and when out on the road, covering areas you feel you want to work on more. Would happily go with them again for lessons, and would recommend to anyone who asks for a great company to go with.

Successfully passed my C+E practical exam today.  Unlike an unfortunately growing number of alternative training providers I have experienced in the industry.  A1 Roadcraft offered a comprehensive and clearly focused training regime entirely in line with the DVSA’s expected standards, my principal trainer, Adam Lamb, showed exceptional knowledge of the potential routes that would be taken during testing and demonstrated a quick and clear ability to identify and focus on areas of my individual driving standards that may have jeopardised the chances of my test success, he together with the other instructors involved with my development delivered a very supportive friendly and individually tailored environment for me to learn, their collaborative insights and guidance, I have no doubt, placed me in the best possible position to achieve success on my first attempt ! Thank you to the whole team at A1 !

 I went straight from car licence to passing my C+E (Class 1) driving test. I can't recommend enough the great service from staff,  when calling up to start, got through very fast and from first call I was in a truck the week after. I had never sat in a truck before and Adam helped build confidence when the size is initially daunting. After one failed test (due to nerves) Adam really helped me work on what went wrong and I passed this on my next attempt. Bob and Andy were also great  and helped me pass the reversing exercise first time with alot of patience and great advice. I can't recommend these guys enough!

Started my C+E (Class1) training straight from car on a Thursday really thought I wouldn't be test ready on the Wednesday. With the training from Adam I got there. First time pass, absolutely buzzing with it. Thanks to all at A1 and a big thanks to Adam and his spot on personality that made the whole time I was training feel more confident in my self.

EXCELLENT Everyone at A1 was professional in everything they did and couldn't be more helpful. The 1 to 1 training  they provide is beyond perfect, the way they make you feel at ease is amazing, they are always extremely professional and I couldn't believe that I'm just 26 hours of training I went from a car licence to get my Class 1. A1 have been fantastic in supporting me through my C1 Category . Lovely friendly people. They have helped me through the whole process from booking my medical, booking my theory tests and showing me where to find study material. I was very nervous to begin the actual driving but they all made me feel at ease. I only had 9 hours of lessons, then passed my test with no driving faults. I highly recommend them.
